Since we strongly believe in client satisfaction, any material to be delivered has to undergo a number of tests in our fully equipped up-to-date laboratory. Tests and sequence of testing is determined according to product requirement. The final testing of material is done in batches; Size of batch depends on customer requirement. Prior to loading material we can also offer third party inspection. We normally like to communicate test results to the customers prior to shipment. If necessary, samples of material can be sent in advanced for approval. We have a mutual understanding to maintain critical parameters, affecting end use, within a narrow range, while other physical and chemical parameters are tested periodically as per mutual agreement. Particle Size analysis report is approved by serigraph from Micrometrics USA. Along with all bulk consignments we provide the particle size analysis reports to the buyers.
We and our associated companies have four mines. As per our industrial experience, there are enough variations in Talc from a single mine, which do not allow us to guarantee the uniformity of the product based on single mine. This natural variation is expected to remain, because of geological reasons. The area in which we are mining is selected on the basis of its flexible nature, which allows us to manage variations that are likely to be encountered during mining.
Material Received from mine is hand sorted based on lump size and visible impurities at the processing plant. Sorted material is washed and crushed. The finer visible impurities, if any, are removed from crushed material. Crushed material is blended volumetrically according to the requirement. The blended material is passed through a secondary crusher, which, in addition to crushing will also homogenize the blend. A small portion of the blended material is ground to check all the quality parameters required by the customers. If required, blend is balanced by adding additional material. The standards so arrived are meticulously maintained for subsequent production.
We usually pack material as per customer specifications. Common packing prevalent in India is polypropylene woven sacks of 600-900 denier tape of 50 Kg., capacity. Other options available are :
